We are looking for a motivated and skilled sales assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team in all aspects of the sales process, including lead generation, customer communication, and order processing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Identify and target potential customers through various channels (e.g., email, social media, phone)
- Follow up with leads and potential customers to promote our products
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activity in our CRM system
- Process orders and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery to customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve any issues or inquiries
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and goals
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or e-commerce setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
