Commercial Sales Manager
The Role
Sales Leadership, rapidly expanding an inside/outside sales team
Key participation in a rapidly growing sales organization
Hire, train, and manage a team of 6-10 Account Executives
Develop representatives of all experience levels into top-tier sales representatives
Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management
Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching, regular broadcast of results, and creative incentives
Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
Desired Skills and Experience Preferred Qualifications
3-5+ years of experience in sales management or sales development management, preferably in SaaS software applications, with a consistent proven track record of overachievement of quota expectations
Proven record of sales success in a similar consultative software sales environment
Understanding of project management is a plus
Proven, metrics-driven experience in successfully managing people to achieve performance goals
Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
Must be able to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
Outstanding communication, organizational and time management skills
