Customer Care Specialist
Maverick Dental Laboratories LLC, a full-service dental laboratory, serving a national clientele is seeking a Customer Care Specialist. One of our core competencies as an organization is our ability to seamlessly serve our dentist-clients and the needs of their patients. We are looking for another team member who has that rare and natural gift to graciously serve others.
While we would value relevant experience in the dental field, we are willing to train a smart candidate with the right attitude. Previous Customer Service experience would be required.

Applicants for this position:
- Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service oriented experience
- Must have a strong knowledge and be very comfortable with computers
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- MUST be able to multitask and work at a fast pace
- Great attitude and a generally, curious nature
- Must be able to work and thrive in a team environment
