As a Customer Service Fundraising Representative, you'll be instrumental in supporting our fundraising efforts by delivering exceptional customer service to our valued donors and supporters.
Responsibilities:
Engage with donors and supporters to provide exemplary customer service and support.
Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with donors, expressing gratitude for their contributions and keeping them updated on our organization's endeavors.
Address inquiries and concerns from donors regarding their donations, our programs, and our mission with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of donations, meticulously recording donor information in our database.
Assist in executing fundraising campaigns and initiatives, including reaching out to donors and soliciting contributions.
Collaborate with other departments, particularly development and marketing, to develop and execute a cohesive fundraising strategy.
Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical fundraising practices at all times.
Provide administrative support as necessary, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a nonprofit or fundraising environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to build rapport and effectively engage with donors.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Empathetic and compassionate nature, driven by a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
