Customer Service- Fundraising Representative

As a Customer Service Fundraising Representative, you'll be instrumental in supporting our fundraising efforts by delivering exceptional customer service to our valued donors and supporters.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with donors and supporters to provide exemplary customer service and support.
• Cultivate and nurture positive relationships with donors, expressing gratitude for their contributions and keeping them updated on our organization's endeavors.
• Address inquiries and concerns from donors regarding their donations, our programs, and our mission with professionalism and empathy.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of donations, meticulously recording donor information in our database.
• Assist in executing fundraising campaigns and initiatives, including reaching out to donors and soliciting contributions.
• Collaborate with other departments, particularly development and marketing, to develop and execute a cohesive fundraising strategy.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to ethical fundraising practices at all times.
• Provide administrative support as necessary, including data entry, filing, and report generation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within a nonprofit or fundraising environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to build rapport and effectively engage with donors.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
