Key Responsibilities:
Client and Attendee Interaction: Greet and welcome clients and event attendees with warmth and professionalism, providing information about our fundraising events, campaigns, and services.
Inquiry Handling: Answer inquiries from clients and attendees, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and accurately to ensure a positive experience.
Transaction Assistance: Assist clients and attendees with registrations, donations, and other transactions, ensuring smooth and efficient processing.
Event Support: Provide support during fundraising events, managing registration, overseeing activities, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise to ensure the success of the event.
Feedback Collection: Follow up with clients and attendees after events to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
