As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our fundraising team in planning, coordinating, and executing fundraising initiatives throughout the local area. This role offers hands-on training to learn the intricacies of event management and nonprofit fundraising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Ensure exceptional customer service at events with the promotional marketing staff.
- Drive client acquisition, lead generation, and brand loyalty through sales activities at events.
- Participate in rigorous leadership training with the potential to manage your own events and projects for new clients.
- Provide consultation on client compliance.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on customer service and organizational/time management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or advertising is advantageous.
