Job Description
Our customer needs an Application Support Analyst to help manage a call triage system and workflow for a Laboratory Application Group at a growing life Science company. This person will be the first point of contact to manage all support issues and make sure that tickets get resolved for the end customer. This person must have Oracle PL/SQL and can perform data loads for Oracle-based nonproduction systems to ensure that all of the data is loaded properly before these changes are put into production. This person should be familiar with Agile work environment and have experience working with Jira and participating in team meetings. The ideal candidate needs to be organized, have good time management skills in addition to effective verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to learn. Plus skill- Plus skill- having exposure to Core Lims or other similar LIMs applications and some familiarity with Jira workflows
