Job Responsibilities:
Implementation: Lead or assist in the implementation of Oracle SCM modules, including but not limited to Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping Execution.
Requirements Gathering: Gather business requirements from clients and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle SCM modules.
Configuration: Configure Oracle SCM modules to meet business requirements, including setups, profiles, and options.
Customization: Work with technical teams to design and implement customizations, extensions, and interfaces as needed.
Testing: Develop and execute test scripts to ensure the proper functioning of Oracle SCM modules, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
Training: Provide end-user training and support during the implementation and post-go-live phases.
Support: Provide ongoing support for Oracle SCM modules, including troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements.
Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to Oracle SCM configurations, customizations, and processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle SCM Cloud certification) is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Oracle SCM Functional Consultant, with a focus on Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
Hands-on experience with at least two full lifecycle Oracle SCM implementations.
Experience with Oracle SCM modules such as Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Advanced Pricing, and Shipping Execution.
Familiarity with Oracle SCM Cloud is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 SCM modules, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of integration points between Oracle SCM modules and other Oracle E-Business Suite modules (e.g., Financials, Manufacturing).
Basic SQL and PL/SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong customer focus and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
