We're looking for a Director of Product Marketing to join us in building meaningful connections between creators and brands. This person will establish and grow the product marketing team at Mavrck. They will drive pricing and packaging, messaging and strategic positioning, and product launches along with product, marketing, sales and customer success leadership. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment with real autonomy and accountability for delivering business results. They will have a strong B2B (or B2B2C) product marketing background, a drive to advance the creator economy, and experience leading teams.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Be a product expert and evangelist both internally and externally, developing a deep understanding of market needs and trends
- Partner closely with the product team, contributing to the product strategy through competitive insight, market opportunity sizing, product positioning and execution of key launches
- Lead the Product Marketing team as a player coach
- Drive product positioning and messaging with GTM and Product leadership
- Drive pricing and packaging strategies with GTM and Product leadership
- Partner with customers, product, marketing, sales, customer success, data and partnerships to drive alignment between all groups
- Oversee product launches and releases, collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns that carry product messages to market
- Lead continued efforts to define our ideal customer profiles with GTM leadership
- Put in place processes and workflows to ensure success of the team and functions
- This position reports directly to the VP of Product

- 8 years of experience in B2B (or B2B2C) Product Marketing and Sales Enablement in SaaS, AdTech or Social Media
- 3 years managing high-performing teams with a proven track record of success
- Experience synthesizing and translating market needs into product strategies
- Experience driving pricing and packaging for SaaS and/or AdTech software products
- Experience developing sales enablement positioning and messaging
- A proven track record of effectively planning, delivering, and measuring marketing campaigns and product launches
- Strong executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as external-facing presentation skills
- A collaborative approach to work, with proven relationships across different departments and stakeholder groups
- Enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Bonus Points:
- Consumer product marketing experience
- MBA or Masters Degree
- Understanding of the trends and technology helping to shape the MarTech and Creator Economy landscapes
