All received tips are taxed on an ACTUAL basis and must be reported at the end of each shift.  
Minimum Qualifications:
Team members and candidates must meet the minimum qualifications to be considered for this specific position:
 
  • Must be 21 year or older.
  • Must have 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably experience in creating and maintaining a file organization structure.
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of basic accounting knowledge, including experience with Sage Accounting.
  • Must maintain a high level of attention to detail, including while performing multiple tasks at one time (“multitasking”).
  • Must have a flexible work schedule that allows for the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed. 
Essential Duties:
Team members and candidates must be able to perform the following duties with or without a reasonable accommodation:
 
  • Reconcile daily/weekly financial audits, including but not limited too pulling financial reports, auditing credit card receipts, coding debits/credits using appropriate GL Coding, etc.
  • Assist in preparing and processing weekly AP Batches.
  • Enter expenses into the appropriate journal using QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics, and if applicable, post journal entries utilizing correct GL Coding requirements.
  • Act as support for purchasing concerns/questions and utilize available resources to find solutions that best align with Company goals and requirements.
  • Assist ownership in completing administrative tasks, such as filing, bill pay, and other general admin tasks as requested.
  • Assist the Finance Department in overall administrative work, including but not limited too filing, organization, data entry, and auditing.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Finance and Administration and Ownership.
