Job Overview:
We are looking for applicants who have a Commercial Tire background. The Commercial Tire Agent role is about assisting our partners and providing the best customer experience possible. They must excel in customer service, have a desire to learn our products, and have a willingness to resolve issues. The Commercial Tire team member will develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with customers, sales teams, and the internal supply chain.

Job Duties At-a-Glance:
· Communicate with customers via phone and email
· Provide knowledgeable answers to customer questions about products, pricing, and availability
· Contact customers about current specials and sales
· Respond to customer order inquires, answer order status questions
· Solve customer problems, strive to find best possible solutions
· Enter orders into system for billing and delivery
· Process payments and assist customers with payment options
· Additional projects as required
· Monday through Friday Schedule (occasional Saturdays)
Skills and Experience We Seek:
· Commercial tire knowledge a must
· Excellent customer service skills and the ability to establish strong relationships with customers as well as intracompany team members
· A strong work ethic and initiative to learn and grow
· Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
· Flexibility and adaptability to change
· Time management and organizational skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Strong computer skills (including knowledge of Microsoft Office products)
· Spanish speaking a plus
· Call Center experience is a plus, but if you show the aspiration to learn we will provide the necessary training for a successful career with MFI
· Education: High school diploma or GED required
· Retail Commercial associates welcome
