Digital Project Manager

MaxMedia seeks a passionate and driven Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of integrated digital solutions. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, thrives in a dynamic environment, and flourishes in cross-functional team settings. You will work closely with the leadership, strategy, user experience, creative, and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle, from concepting and design to content creation, development, user testing, and deployment. We're a remote team that likes to get together regularly to collaborate, so you must be based in the Atlanta area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, ensuring they align with client objectives and company standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and strategists, to define project scopes, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and consistently monitor progress against milestones, making adjustments as needed.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, expectations, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve project-related challenges to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct regular project meetings, provide status updates, and prepare comprehensive project reports for stakeholders.
• Uphold quality standards and best practices in project management, ensuring deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field is preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven experience with five years in digital project management within a creative agency or similar environment.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Teamwork, Click-Up, Monday.com, etc., and a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling project-related challenges.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.
• Atlanta-based and available to meet for team and client meetings.
