Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000 per year

Daily Responsibilities:

• Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a recruiting pipeline
• Managing job postings
• Working with department heads to assess hiring needs
• Reviewing recent hire's performance and culture fit
• Manage records of engagement
• Develop relationships with candidates

Needs:

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Idle-time management skills

Minimum Requirements:

-Able to commute to work/and or customer locations for a sales calls / meetings.

-Must be able to pass a local, state, and federal criminal background screen.
