Lawndale Jewelry & Loan Pawnshop

is seeking a Retail Sales Associate & Loan Officer with a knowledge of fashion and jewelry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in retail sales and working with customers, friendly ,reliable , honest

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
  • Assist customers with buying, selling, and pawning jewelry and other items
  • Evaluate and process loan applications, including appraising items and determining loan amounts
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Stay up-to-date on current fashion and jewelry trends and provide recommendations to customers
  • Process transactions using our point-of-sale system
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and loan goals

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion or jewelry industry
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills and point-of-sale systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.97 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Weekly day range:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
