Overview:
Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in the home setting.
Responsibilities:
- Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care
- Ventilator and Tracheotomy care ( industry leading training provided)
- Gastrostomy tube care
- Administer medications
- Report and document any changes
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge:
- Current state license for Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current BLS card
- Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
