Senior IT Program Manager
Maxonic is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager for our Client. They are the leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry. Their Technology solutions enable lenders to originate more loans, reduce origination costs, and reduce the time to close, all while ensuring the highest levels of compliance, quality and efficiency. This Senior IT Program Manager who is passionate and experienced with Technology, Infrastructure, Architecture, Data Center, Cloud and Operations to join our IT Business Management organization. The position reports to the Senior Director of ITBM. IT Business Management team provides Strategy Alignment, Benefits Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Governance, and Life Cycle Management for key, strategic IT Programs and Projects. The successful candidate will be able to navigate a dynamic team-based environment demonstrating strong project management, problem-solving and decision-making ability and the highest degree of professionalism.
Responsibilities
Project Management: Oversee delivery of Key IT Systems and Process initiatives, enterprise wide in scope, through implementation.
- Contribute to developing suitable strategies, objectives and coordinate cross-project activities
- Partner with Business to develop deadlines and maintain business/project alignment
- Aggregate, organize, and communicate program and project information with internal customers, Stakeholders and extended teams.
- Communicate effectively within teams, executive and business stakeholders
- Leverage Change and Release management's current processes, and help to enhance best practices to ensure the successful adoption
- Effectively manage risk, compliance and security considerations, partnering with colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made and communicated at all times.
- Merger and Acquisition: Work within cross functional team to integrate acquired technology, decommissions legacy systems as rapidly and urgently migrates acquired networks and offices to company standards and culture.
- Customer Service: Establishes a healthy competitive atmosphere. Fosters a sense of urgency around any project issues and quickly escalate or address appropriately.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Project Management and Integration
- 7 years of IT program management preferably
- Experience with process governance, data analytics, and reporting
- Experience implementing/managing enterprise-wide programs
- Familiarity with software development, and common web application technologies
- Data analysis skills including experience with MS Excel
- Experience with common data analysis and visualization tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills using MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Ability to multitask and work independently on multiple projects
- PMP or PgMP certification can be a plus
- Experience in infrastructure project rollouts/cutover, business change management,
- Corporate IT Service management
- Must have good Analytical skills
- Be able to provide technical documentation where needed

Core
BS in Engineering, MIS, CIS, CS or Business
ITIL for Service Delivery, Process Improvement and IT Governance, COBIT 5
Familiarity with Microsoft desktop and server Technologies
Working knowledge of CSM platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow
Understanding of IP networking and/or VOIP technology
PMP or PgMP Certified
Preferred
- PMP AND ITIL Certification
- COBIT 5 familiarity
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow and Salesforce platforms
- Experience in infrastructure project rollouts/cutover, business change management,
- Corporate IT Service management
- Financial industry expertise
- Project management including integration of IT systems and workflows
