- Conduct eligibility assessments for individuals seeking assistance programs
- Collect and review necessary documentation to determine program eligibility
- Interview clients to gather information about their circumstances and needs
- Provide guidance and support to clients in navigating the application process
- Collaborate with other agencies and organizations to ensure comprehensive services for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and program applications
```Qualifications```
- Knowledge of eligibility requirements for various assistance programs, such as Section 8 housing
- Familiarity with motivational interviewing techniques and workforce development strategies
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
