Responsibilities:
- Fixed Wireless installations
- Travel in company vehicles for service calls/on-site projects
- Work with IT related tools and equipment
- Communicate procedures, policies, and other information to customers
- Work with support to resolve customer issues
Experience/Skills/Requirements:
- Entry Level
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and overtime
- Willing to work in tight spaces, varying heights, and in a variety of outdoor weather conditions
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge or Experience with Internet installations
- Basic understanding of IT
- Knowledge/experience with installation equipment
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Comfortable with communicating directly with new and existing customers
