Valet Technician

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY

Perform maintenance on hot tubs.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Check Sanitizer, PH and Alkalinity levels.

2. Adjust as needed.

3. Clean all fittings on topside.

4. Clean filters.

5. Clean cover.

6. When instructed perform drain, clean and refill.

7. Notify manager of repairs needed.

8. Notify manager of repairs or maintenance needed on service van.

9. Keep tools organized and well maintained.

10. Check out items from warehouse.

Secondary duties & responsiblities

1. Work in warehouse as needed.

2. Return calls to customers who have left messages in a timely manner.

3. Responsible for complying with all company policies.

4. Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

5. Assist manager with filing and reporting for the service department as needed.

6. Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB COMPLEXITY

1. This position requires a highly organized, accurate and detailed-oriented individual to operate within established parameters set forth by management.

2. Individual must possess flexibility to adapt to the changing needs in the department as well as the ability to work under pressure when volume increases to meet service schedule.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

1. High School diploma or G.E.D., general education degree preferred.

2. Must have proven reliability at past jobs.

3. Must have good driving record.

4. Must have basic computer skills including using email.

1. Ability to effectively communicate in English.

2. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.

3. Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

4. Ability to write correspondence.

5. Ability to communicate information in one on one and group situations.

6. Ability to hear sufficiently to conduct telephone conversions.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

1. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

1. Must have the ability to analyze the results of chemical tests.

2. Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully.

3. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
