We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Finance Director to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance, particularly within the HVAC or construction industry, and will play a crucial role in guiding our financial strategy, enhancing profitability, and supporting our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Develop and implement robust financial models and analyses to support decision-making. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance to senior management.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity to meet operational needs. Develop strategies to optimize working capital and improve cash flow.
- Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with operations and management teams to identify cost-saving opportunities, pricing strategies, and revenue enhancement initiatives.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Develop risk management strategies to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Present financial results and insights to the executive team and board of directors. Serve as a key advisor on financial matters affecting the organization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- 8 years of financial management experience, with a strong focus on FP&A, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
- Proven track record of financial planning, analysis, and reporting in a dynamic business environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop and inspire a high-performing team.

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
