Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Patient Coordinator to play a pivotal role in our back office operations. Your primary focus will be on managing patient coordination and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Previous experience in home care administration experience a MUST.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in multitasking and managing high call volumes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to interactions.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
