Job Description
Maynard Inc. is hiring for a full time position of Assembly Technician with possible over time.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for working from written instruction and drawings to achieve a conforming product built to customer specifications
- Handling, mixing and applying various paints, sealants and adhesives
- Using precision measurement tools to complete their work
- Maintaining a neat and organized work space to comply with housekeeping, quality, FOD and safety procedures
- Perform preventive maintenance following manufacturer's instructions
Minimum Requirements:
- Basic understanding of math measurement
- Ability to work as a team player to complete assigned tasks. Initiative, self-starter, adaptable and high motivation to achieve excellence
- Experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear proper PPE.
- Capable of working on their feet for long periods of time
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs. when needed

Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
