Warehouse Support

For over 80 years Maynard has served Nashville’s Residential Plumbing and HVAC needs. Our privately owned and operated company is seeking a Warehouse Support to join our team. This position requires a talented individual who can plan, organize, and execute daily operations to ensure our service and install teams operate at a high level of efficiency.

The Warehouse Support is a full-time position and a key support component of our service technicians and install crews that make Maynard the best in customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify shipments of equipment, parts, and material
• Process material and parts orders
• Stage equipment and material for install
• Maintain and manage tool/stock/equipment inventory levels
• Submit and track warranty claims for parts and equipment
• Manage process for accountability of techs truck inventory
• Manage truck stocking/bin layout mapping
• Maintain up to date material pricing in Service Titan
• Manage purchase order process and material receiving process
• Manage truck inventory cycle count and full count process
• Manage new truck inventory set up process
• Manage truck replenishment process
• Manage warehouse inventory process for full and cycle counts
• Manage warehouse replenishment process
• Manage tool maintenance and repairs
• Manage tool and equipment check in/out process
• Manage tech PPE, and overall safety within the warehouse
• Ensures warehouse is neat & clean

Qualifications:

• Prior warehouse experience is preferred
• Prior experience with a service trade is preferred
• Prior experience with inventory is preferred
• Strong understanding for Service Titan for inventory management
• Equipment operation knowledge/experience is preferred (i.e., forklift)
• Able to read and interpret a packing slip
• Ability to routinely lift and move objects weighing 40-60 pounds
• Must be able to constantly work in an open/outdoor warehouse environment
• Must pass drug and alcohol screening, background and MVR check
