What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rolex Store Manager position at Mayors?
Job Objective
Responsible for all general store functions, with a primary focus on providing excellent client service, cultivating a professional and pleasant environment for all staff members to work in, setting standards for each associate for which he/she is accountable and working closely with the Store Director and others on the management team.
Responsibilities
- Perform store opening and closing
- Provide coverage on the sales floor and assist clients as deemed necessary
- Coach, train and develop store staff
- Ensure office and management is operating within company guidelines, company policy and procedures as outlined in the Store Operations Manual.
- Ensure bank deposits are done according to policy and cash registers have the necessary change
- Ensure sales are processed according to company guidelines with acceptable forms of payment (i.e., cash, checks, credit cards, cashier’s checks) and ensure all types of transactions are processed correctly (such as: special orders, layaways, trade-ins, etc.)
- Oversee the general store maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Required to stand up for long periods of time
- May be required to lift packages / boxes
Working Conditions and Environment
- Schedule flexibility and availability required to accommodate store hours, including evenings and weekends
Knowledge and Skills Required
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
- Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of three (3) years of specialty retail management experience. Luxury retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred.
