We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Coordinator to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, and an outstanding ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your skills and ideas to a dedicated and caring team of professionals.Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and procedures, maintaining a high level of organizational effectiveness and efficiency
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings for services provided by our healthcare professionals
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support administrators and clinical staff with various clerical duties such as filing and typing
- Handle office communications, including answering phone calls and emails, providing prompt and accurate information to our clients
Desired Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an office coordination role or similar, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Experience with inventory management and procurement
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Understanding of HIPAA rules and regulations
- Experience with medical billing and coding
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain calm under pressure
