You may also find yourself filing, making copies, and enthusiastically answering phones, with the intent of respect in mind.
It is very imperative that you always maintain confidentiality of all client information. The Office Coordinator should have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, be flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations, comply with accepted professional standards and practices.
You would ideally be a self-directed individual that is able to work with little supervision.Office Coordinator Essential Duties :
- Answering calls, data entry, reports, and filing
- Communicating with Mays Plus clients to schedule caregiver visits
- Tracking unstaffed caregiver hours for region
- Corresponding staffing needs to recruitment
- Training and orientation of new caregivers in location
- Ordering monthly office suppliesOffice Coordinator Requirements :
- Successfully pass a OSBI background check and health screening
- Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Authorized to work legally in the United States of America
- Able to provide 2 valid forms of identification as listed on USCIS Form I-9Full Time Benefits you would receive :
