***Sign on bonus. $500 at 30 days of employment and $2000 at 6 months of employment.
Mazak Corporation is looking for a Powder Coat Painter to join the Fabrication department on first shift. The Powder Coat Painter will hand, coat and store metal parts on an automated powder coat paint line. This position is located out our Florence, KY headquarters. The hours for this position are 5 am.- 3:30 pm. Monday through Friday. Some Saturday overtime is possible each month based on schedule needs.
Powder Coat Painter Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift parts up to 30-40 pounds
- Industrial paint experience
Powder Coat Painter Scope and Responsibilities:
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Proactively attains a safe and healthy work environment for all employees
- Hang metal parts on the automated conveyor line
- Coat the light areas on the parts that the automatic guns miss
- Remove and store coated parts on designated carts for delivery to assembly department
- Participate in cleaning system between color changes with other associates
