We are hiring an experienced Treatment Coordinator to work full-time in our reputable family dental practice. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a fantastic ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation/Benefits:
  • $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain trust with patients.
  • Explain treatment options and their benefits, answer questions, and address concerns.
  • Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
  • Serve as liaison between doctors, patients, and insurance companies.
  • Assist with other dental front office duties as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Prior dental treatment coordinating experience is required.
  • Being bilingual (Spanish) is a must.
  • Versed in Dentrix is required.
  • Must possess a positive and flexible attitude.
