We are looking to hire a Customer Account Representative located in our Shakopee, MN, office.
This is just a high-level overview of the role we need you to fill for us
We are seeking a professional like you to provide support to Customers through your broad knowledge of Master Builders products, policies, and procedures. In this role you will research and resolve issues related to the Order to Cash process, communicating resolution to requestor(s) within the specified Service Level Agreement. Responsibilities will include managing Customers, some of which may be assigned, handling phone calls, and responding to emails relative to orders.
These skills and experiences will make you a good fit for this role
Understand the Order to Cash process including Supply Chain and Logistics- Self-starter who is proactive with a solution-oriented attitude
- Proven ability to prioritize competing activities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Customer Service soft skills including phone etiquette, conflict resolution, written and verbal communication
- Detail- and quality-oriented
- Ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Displays a desire to grow and continuously improve themselves
- Customer-focused
- Education – Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience – 1 year(s) Customer Service experience required
- Technologies – Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams; Freshdesk and SAP experience preferred
- Sitting or standing for long periods of time
- Some travel required
- French or French Canadian preferred
Responsibilities:
Full ownership and accountability of assigned accounts.- High level knowledge of products.
- Coverage of phone queue.
- Proactive management of orders, e.g. back order management.
- Quality standard of 99% or more.
- Meet 24-hour turnaround PO order entry.
- May require 40 hour work weeks during peak demand.
