Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Server to join our team in the Dietary department of a Hospital. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food service to patients and assisting with food production and kitchen tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Take food orders and deliver meals to patients in a timely manner
- Ensure accurate meal selection according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Assist with food production, including cooking and preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Help with bussing tables and dishwashing as needed
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of food
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Please note that all positions at our organization are paid, including internships.
