Salary: $106,000-$130,000 per year/DOE

Medical benefits-eligible first of the month following 28 days of employment. All other benefits-eligible first of the month following 90 days of employment.

Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Business Process Expert to join our team and drive the implementation and optimization of business processes using SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support our digital transformation initiatives

Language Skills: English proficiency required. Spanish is a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Amount of Travel Involved: 25% of the time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety procedures
• Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization using SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Implementation Support: Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for SAP solutions.
• Configuration and Testing: Assist in the configuration of SAP S/4HANA modules, conduct unit testing, and facilitate user acceptance testing to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
• Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users, providing ongoing support to ensure effective use of SAP systems.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, system configurations, and user guides.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and SAP enhancements, recommending process improvements and new functionalities to leverage the platform effectively.
• Collaboration: Work with Technology, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure integrated solutions that support overall business strategies.

Experience for Success:

• Proven experience as a Business Process Expert or similar role, specifically with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is desirable.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Master’s degree preferred.
