Team Sales Assistant

This role would suit an individual who is hungry for development and advancement. This is an all-rounded role, incorporating the entire sales cycle; from lead generation to closing the sale to managing any customer queries.

We want somebody to transform the sales function to be the best in service in the business, by delivering high growth whilst maintaining a fantastic customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote the company products and services, selling the benefits to prospective customers and closing deals where appropriate

• Work with Marketing to execute the agreed communications and sales strategies to new customers, as set out in the new business communications procedure

• Timely and accurate completion of all sales documentation and information systems

• Support and assist with sales and marketing plan deliverables on request of the Sales Manager

• Work effectively with other team members

• Other duties from time to time as directed by management

• Deep understanding of how to group and motivate different people/profiles

• Critical thinking and problem-solving, reacting quickly to business changes using knowledge and reasoning

• Excellent time management skills, including prioritization and delegation

• Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills, providing constructive feedback, and cooperating with other departments

• Solid computer skills with expertise in spreadsheets, presentations and databases

• Fantastic customer service skills

Knowledge and Experience:

An excellent Team Sales Assistant will demonstrate and have the following skills, knowledge, and experience to be successful:

• Understanding the sales and marketing industry is an advantage with the ability to match features, advantages, and benefits to each customer.

• Capable of dealing with any customer no matter the size of the query or complexity of the case.
