    Job Summary

    We are excited to offer a great opportunity to join our team as an Accountant . We are a thriving property management company, with over 25 years of experience in HOA Property Management, seeking a cheerful, dedicated, and energetic individual.

    As our Accountant you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations along with your colleagues in the Accounting Department.

    Responsibilities

    • Post charges : UOE charges, fines, and other misc. fees.
    • Account adjustments : remove and or credit charges as requested.
    • Reconcile bank statements for operating and reserve accounts.
    • Process AR refund check requests when necessary.
    • Update delinquency status and create collection account.
    • Process monthly statement mailings.
    • Review proofs and inform PM / Assistants for approval.
    • Set up association for mailings.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years experience with accounts receivable and / or accounts payable.
    • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
    • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
    • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
    • Ability to pass a Background check
