JOB SUMMARY
MC Surfaces, Inc. is leader in providing fine home surfaces (wood, tile, carpet, countertops and cabinetry) and installation services to builders and homeowners across the state of Texas. We are looking to enhance our team with a highly motivated Custom Field Supervisor, who will assist in taking our company to the next level.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position requires someone who can manage all aspects of flooring, tile, countertop, and, cabinet installation projects to ensure project timeline, budget, and customer satisfaction. This position requires a someone to handle all smaller and larger scopes of administrative duties along with managing the full operations of the Austin branch.
- Ability to manage field supervisors working in both production and high end custom jobs with meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential to preforming this job. This job requires ability to communicate across multiple departments including on the corporate level.
- Assist in scouting and recruiting new install crews and subcontractor.
- Act as key point of contact with field supervisors in a leadership role to handle issues beyond the scope of the said supervisors.
- Track all jobsite milestone dates in scheduling software with entire field team (field supervisors, templates, cabinet installs, etc.).
- Ensure completion of installation jobs according to builder install schedule.
- Ensure and supervise budgets.
- Ensure job sites adhere to safety standards
- Assist in resolving issues/conflicts related to daily construction activities (eg. vendor contracts, work orders, job progress, layout).
- Ensure field supervisors are following company protocol.
- Hold weekly operation team meetings.
- Supervise warehouse processes are safety standards/protocols are being met.
- Read blueprints, write and communicate effectively, make correct decisions, and delegate work effectively.
- Education and Experience: College Degree in Constructions / Business
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Prior experience using common software programs i.e. Microsoft Office Suites and in-house platforms. Ability to use smart phone and iPad.
