Landscape Architect, Planning Design

Position Purpose
To interface with project design teams and develop and advance projects in all phases of the design process. Will work on a variety of exciting projects serving some of our key market sectors including residential, commercial, institutional, municipal, parks & recreation and urban design.
Essential Functions Responsibilities
- Produce high quality construction documents, bid packages, cost estimates and graphics
- Site planning at a variety of scale and project types including residential, commercial, institutional, and public and on specific projects such as community planning and amenities, parks & recreation, greenways, and urban design
- Apply development ordinances and codes to designs to seek development approval
- Schedule management and internal / external coordination entry levels may not have proven experience
- Collaborate with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high quality projects

Qualifications
- Bachelors in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
- 5 years of working experience
- Demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suites (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.), Lumion and Sketch-up
