```Duties``` - Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other relevant information - Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels to collect accurate measurements - Prepare and maintain survey records, maps, and reports - Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide surveying support for projects - Assist in the preparation of legal descriptions and land plats - Ensure compliance with surveying standards, regulations, and safety protocols ```Experience``` - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surveyor or related field - Proficient in math and algebra to perform calculations and measurements accurately - Strong drafting skills using software such as Carlson, Civil 3D, or MicroStation - Experience with data analysis using tools like ArcGIS or other GIS software - Knowledge of data collection methods and techniques Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
