Hourly Wage Scale: $18.75-$20.81 USD hourly Benefits ( Bonus)

The hourly range reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position at the time of posting. Within the range, exact compensation will be determined based on education/training, skill set, experience, and other organizational needs.

Shift Differential Pay:

Swing - $0.15

Graveyard - $0.75

JOB PURPOSE:

Ensure identifies product is brought into the packaging area is re-worked according to the status of each hold. All paperwork is filled out correctly and accurately with each hold that is reworked. All totes from the re-work are ticketed appropriately before leaving the staging area. All packaging monitor numbers are entered into the spreadsheet accurately and in a timely manner.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote, adheres and identifies safety work rules, regulations and potential hazards

• Oversees the re-work operations by consulting with on shift management and verifies scheduled re-work materials.

• Completes all necessary paperwork, shift reports in an accurate and in a timely manner

• Attends, participates, and communicates annual trainings, meetings, continuous improvement projects and GMP regulation

• Communicates with the team to promote strong "Teamwork," General laborers/tote room leads/supervision

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

• Develop communications consistent with day to day operations and goals which build team equity

• Communicates with team to meet daily re-work objectives and strategies, to deliver 'a package' to the customer and consumer that are assigned by on shift management
• Follows scheduled re-work assignments.
• Data entries are accurate and completed on a timely manner.

KEY QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES:

• Ability to collaborate with management and work colleges
• Accountability to meet Operation expectations and consumer expectations
• Drives engagement peer to peer and Operational results; safety initiatives
• Must perform all functions of job; including additional assignments by management
• Establishes clear responsibilities and job ownership
• Must maintain yearly certifications

OTHER INFORMATION

• 12 hour shift work days / graveyard

• Works in both cool and cold environment at times
• Will on occasion lift up to 50 lbs
• Forklift certification, use of pallet jack (onsite training provided)
• Onsite training provided for all certifications
• On the Job Safety requirements; adheres to SOP's and Chemical Safety
• Will work around forklift traffic environment
