JOB TITLE: Regional Manufacturing Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure production goals are being met by all retread facilities in your region.
  • Travel to all plants in your region to oversee the daily operation of the facilities.
  • Responsible for regularly following up on training and safety policies.
  • Address any HR concerns and policies.
  • Responsible for any disciplinary issues with plant managers in your region.
  • Setting production goals for your region.
  • Maintain all documentation and production records for review with Director of Manufacturing.
  • Reports directly to the Director of Manufacturing.
  • 75% travel.
OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Other duties can and will arise, and the candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • 2-4 year degree preferred but will consider qualifying candidate with experience managing a high volume production facility.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Must be able to work both independently and in teams.
