We are looking for someone interested in a long-term position with a company who believes its employees are its most valuable asset.
SUMMARY:
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as data entry, drafting correspondence, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files or providing information to customers.
EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma – Two (2) year degree desired or three (3) to five (5) years work experience.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Prior administrative experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer department calls and places outgoing calls.
- Use accounting systems for job setups, PO's, Invoices
- Coordinate scheduling between clients & customers
- Data entry into various software systems.
- Maintain documents and files received for past, current and upcoming projects.
- Follow up with clients via phone and/or email.
- Composes and types routine memos, correspondence, reports and other documents.
- Help with scanning/uploading blueprints and other tasks in project management software.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND/OR KNOWLEDGE UPON QUALIFICATION IN POSITION:
Reading skills.
Basic math skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to operate office equipment.
Computer and Microsoft Office skills.
Able to follow directions.
Time Management skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Data entry
90% of the time sitting
Some bending/stooping
Lifting less than 35lbs
Climate controlled environment
