ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Support event planning efforts including trade shows, workshops, and other promotional events.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram, to promote brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
- Utilize tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) to design visually appealing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute innovative marketing ideas and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing projects as needed.
SKILLS & DUTIES
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexible schedule with availability for occasional evening and weekend events

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- Previous experience in marketing, event planning, or related field is preferred.
