```Job Overview:```
We're in search of a proficient and committed Lawn Care Foreman to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor areas for our clients. With a hands-on approach, you'll need expertise in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and groundskeeping. Additionally, you'll lead and manage your own team.
```Duties:```
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming
- Plant, cultivate, and maintain gardens and flower beds
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides as needed
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth
- Build and repair fences, decks, and other outdoor structures
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is required, 3 years minimum
- Knowledge of different plants, trees, and flowers
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
- Leadership skills to supervise a team of specialists and report on activities
- Driver's License required; Ability to drive a truck and trailer required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
