Server

We're looking for a friendly, outgoing, and responsible Server to join our team. A successful candidate will be ready to work in a fast-paced environment, as well as create a positive atmosphere for guests. Previous experience is not required. To be considered for this job, you must be, among other things:

Passionate about great customer service, which translated into maintaining a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage menus and ingredients.

Willing to spend a large portion of your time cleaning, organizing, and restocking.

A team player--all departments must work together to accomplish the goal of providing platinum service to our guests.

Able to set aside personal issues during stressful or difficult moments in order to maintain a professional demeanor.

Accepting of critique and instruction.

Graceful under pressure, ready to learn, and reliable.

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK FOOTBALL GAMES AND WEEKENDS.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly, offer menu suggestions, take orders, input orders correctly, communicate with the kitchen and bar appropriately, and deliver food/beverages to customers in a timely manner.
• Periodically checking on guests, anticipate guests' needs, process payments, as well as ensure that the guests' entire experience from entering to exiting is seamless and pleasant.
• Conform to standard restaurant safety protocols.
• Be friendly and hospitable to all guests and coworkers.
• Ensure food and beverage quality by maintaining the cleanliness of work stations and supplies.
• Continuously maintain a clean server station, dining room, coffee and tea station, and to-go station.

Compensation for part-time employees includes hourly wage of $8 an hour tips.
