The Administrative Assistant is a vital member of the leadership team and provides the support service to help operations and management function effectively.

Administrative Assistant Job Duties Include:
- Answer inbound email
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Great and direct customers to appropriate salesperson or point of contact
- Data entry
- Prepare quotes, bid letters, and offers
- Ordering Office Supplies
- Managing company files
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Supporting Special Projects
Administrative Assistant Job Knowledge & Skills
- Highly proficient in A/R & A/P
- Develop and modify internal procedures to maintain and improve productivity
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task,
- Manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to effectively communicate with the team
- Attention to detail, proactive, always striving to produce the best quality work
- Service-oriented and customer-focused (internal and external)
- Ability to maintain confidences, respect for privacy and sensitivity
Administrative Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- 3 years prior Administrative Assistant Experience
- Highly proficient in A/R & A/P
- 2 years QuickBooks experience
- Ability to type 50 wpm
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt and be flexible with changes in workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Acumatica software following training
- Bi-Lingual Spanish / English Preferred
Salary
$17.00 to $20.00 per hour based on education and experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
