Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our office. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will contribute to the smooth operation of our practice.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update medical information
- Process insurance claims and verify patient coverage
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical office setting preferred

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
