Responsibilities
- Develop strong and trusted relationships with clients and advisors through timely and accurate communications
- Work directly with attorneys and the client management team to ensure best recommendations are made and fulfilled
- Build and maintain solid relationships with team members
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis
- Gather information from the clients and their advisors to ensure client success
- Resolve client matters in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain a comprehensive and accurate history for each client
- 3 years of professional experience in finance, healthcare, legal, or business required
- Proven experience building client relationships and providing consistent, elevated client experiences
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Must have professional appearance and demeanor
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage work with outstanding organization and time-management
- Ability to keep exceptional notes and gather information from clients and advisors to ensure all records are complete and accurate
- Thoroughly follows task procedures and meets multiple deadlines at one time
- Ability to work in ambiguous environments and implement feedback
- Proven ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- CRM experience preferred
- Applicants must be available to work onsite, Monday – Friday 8:25 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Annual Salary: $52,000 - $65,000 DOE*
- Paid time off and paid holidays
