MCD Partners, a member of M&C Saatchi Worldwide, is seeking an Accounting and Finance Intern to join our team. The position is on-going and full-time (32-40 hours per week).

The person filling this position will handle a wide range of duties, including:

  • Data entry
  • Help with Billing/Accounts Receivable, payables and bank statement reconciliation
  • Assist with month-end financial reporting
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Work with the finance team on forecasting efforts
  • Post journal entries

Accounting or Finance majors only. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications (especially Excel) is a necessity. NetSuite and QuickBooks (Online or Pro)
advanced experience is a must. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and excellent
communication skills are all essential for this position. This is not an entry level position. Compensation $25/hr.
