We are a San Diego County-based Property Management and Real Estate company looking for a sub-contracted Photographer to take marketing photos and virtual tour videos of rental properties throughout San Diego.
WE NEED YOU....
* To provide approx 15-20 edited photos per unit
* To provide a slow and steady edited walkthrough video 1-3 minutes
* To have your own equipment: Camera, lighting, stabilizer if needed
* To have your own transportation
* To have a quick turnaround of 1-3 days from assignment
* To be a motivated self-starter
Matterport, Zillow or 3D tour capabilities a plus.
Architecture and Real Estate experience a plus.
We usually have 1-2 properties available for photos a week as of now. We are coming into a busy season that will require a lot of new properties to be photographed so price will be paid based on volume. Compensation per property photographed starting at $150 a unit.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
