Responsibilities:
- Enter payables invoices and submit payments to vendors.
- Ensure that purchase orders are accurate according to the invoice.
- Properly code expenses to the general ledger.
- Monitor expense trends for month-end.
- Collect W-9’s and COI’s for new vendors as well as on an annual basis.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication and listening skills
- Attention to detail and critical thinking
- Ability to research and troubleshoot
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Proven dedication and ability to complete assigned duties within deadlines
- CDK experience is a plus
