Job Description
The Technology Talent Attraction Team supports McDonald’s Global Technology corporate staff. We are looking to add a creative Technical Sourcer to build robust talent pipelines and identify market trends for various Global Technology initiatives. You will work on roles in Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Machine Learning/AI, Product Management, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and complex sourcing strategies
- Build talent pipelines based on current and future McDonald’s Global Technology needs
- Collaborate with Recruiters and partner with hiring managers and different stakeholders across functions, for current and future talent needs
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates to present to hiring teams.
- Present candidates, market trends, and other findings to recruitment and hiring teams
- Responsible for adhering to KPIs and metrics in a high-volume recruiting environment
- Work cross-functionally with greater Talent Attraction Group
- Engage in various recruiting projects, such as new system implementations, career fairs, and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years of sourcing experience in a corporate recruiting or staffing environment, with a focus on software engineering, data & analytics, product management, or other Computer Science field
- Knowledge of Boolean search, running market campaigns, ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Strong communication, professionalism, and presentation skills
