We are a family owned McDonald's franchise looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-driven Multiple Restaurant Area Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising multiple locations
- Traveling regularly to assigned restaurants to support management teams
- Coaching and training store management for profitability
- Setting goals for restaurants and creating action plans for success
- Ensuring outstanding customer and employee experiences
- Effective communication to drive restaurant success
Requirements:
- Prior McDonald's experience in high-volume locations
- Graduate of Hamburger University preferred, or equivalent experience
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Availability for various shifts and travel to restaurant locations
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
